Can I return or exchange the items in my order? 

All items that are in unwashed, unworn, like-new condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please email support@shopgvl.com with your return or exchange request and we will ensure you’re all set up for success. 

Can I change my shipping address on my order?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, we may be able to help. We ship orders as fast as we can so it's possible your order may have already been processed by the time we hear from you.  

To find out if you can change your shipping address, email us ASAP at support@shopgvl.com and we'll see if we can switch that up for you. Please note that billing addresses can't be edited after an order is placed, but an incorrect billing address shouldn't affect your order. 

Can I expedite the shipping on my order?

Currently, we do not offer any form of expedited shipping. Our standard shipping should have your order on your doorstep within 7-10 business days at max. 

 

Do you charge tax?

Per South Carolina law, a 6% sales tax will be applied to both the order total and the shipping total for your order.
