Frequently Asked Questions

Any media submitted to 6AM City, Inc. grants 6AM City unlimited rights to use the media as they see fit. The artist grants 6AM City, its parents, and subsidiaries a world-wide, payment and royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, promote, market, advertise, and display the media, for any purpose, in any form, media, or technology. The artist releases 6AM City from any and all claims arising out of the use of this media.


Artists will get paid immediately upon the artwork being added to the 6AM Shop.

Any royalty payments will be calculated quarterly, rounding down to the nearest 100 units sold, and will be paid Net 30 from the end of each quarter. Royalty payments shall be no greater than $1,000 in total.

Example: If 164 items containing the artist’s design have been sold, the artist will be paid $100 at the end of the quarter. The 64 remaining items will be accounted for at the next 100’s milestone, calculated each quarter.

Artists will receive a $50 OFF coupon to purchase merchandise in the store, that can be used to purchase merchandise that best suits the artists interests.

Yes, provided it doesn’t interfere with the design aesthetic.

Yes. You can submit as many designs as you would like.
