Free Standard Shipping Except from promotions or flash sales, orders qualify for free standard shipping at $75. For orders under $75, shipping starts from $5.50. Free standard shipping applies to Domestic U.S. orders only. Orders that select any free standard shipping offers will be shipped using the most economical carrier and service. Express Shipping We are excited to offer our customers 3 day expedited shipping at checkout. Express orders placed before 11am EST, Monday-Friday will generally ship the same day. Express orders placed after 11am EST will ship the following business day. We do not ship Express or Expedited orders on Saturday or Sunday. All Express and Expedited orders ship Monday thru Friday with the exception of observed federal holidays. If you place your order after 11am on Friday, it will ship the following Monday. USPS Priority Mail is not express or overnight. All express mail will explicitly say "express", "overnight", or "next day" when selecting.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to initiate a return. All sales are final after 30 days. Final Sale Items: Items marked as 'final sale' are ineligible for return. Once you get a return label (RMA) from our return portal, you have 21 days to send the items back to us. Once that label has expired, your order will no longer be eligible for return. Every RMA is exclusive and links to the original order, we cannot reissue an RMA again if the original one is expired. Please be aware that if you choose to return the package using your own label, kindly contact us immediately with your order number, the returned item, and the tracking number of your package. We cannot guarantee monitoring of returned packages if we do not have any records in our system. All items must be in their original condition to receive a refund to your payment method. We will inspect the returned products and inform you if the condition doesn't match our requirements.
