The item's condition must be the same as when the buyer received it, meaning that the clothing and accessories must be new and unwashed. Along with all of the tags still on, it must be in its original box. Items containing perfume, deodorant streaks, or pet dander will be returned to you. must present legitimate proof of purchase, such as the invoice that came with the box or the email confirming the order, in order to start an exchange. There are some products that cannot be returned. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards, earrings and opened headwraps.
