RETURNS – PERISHABLE GOODS Given coffee is a perishable good, we are not able to accept returns of coffee purchases and other perishable goods. However, if you received the wrong items in your order, please contact us at orders@321coffee.com with a photo of your order and your original order number. We will correct your order as quickly as we can. RETURNS – NON-PERISHABLE GOODS To be eligible for a return of merchandise, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are not able to be refunded. To start a return, please contact us at orders@321coffee.com and include your original order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A shipping label fee will be applied to all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
